Originally my case came in with the lettering completely off of the case where you insert your initials etc so I emailed customer service and they had a new one to me within two weeks!
It’s really beautiful. Got the green. Vibrant and soft buttery leather that’s really stood up to use. Get constant compliments. Shipping took awhile but purchased during Covid and before the holidays, also AUS to USA so understandable. Thanks!
